my ScrapMuse is…inspired!

inspired by everything Tim Holtz (though I obviously can’t afford it all:P)

…my gift to you this holiday season is another layout featuring my adorable little guy…entitled “All I want for Hanukkah is my two front teeth…

I got to borrow some Tattered  Angels spray mist in Cinnamon and Forest Green, and the paper actually has the Dreidel song written on it.

Some up close shots:

And my little gift to myself…a craft suitcase!

So happy holidays to all, a happy and healthy new year and happy scrapping :D!

my ScrapMuse is…chomping at the bit

chomping to get some more scrapping done! 🙂

However, I want to plug another blog, if I may, called Legends of Windemere.  My husband is a fantasy author who is about to publish the first book of his fantasy series within the next two months.  He is currently posting sections of the book on his blog every Monday and Friday to spread the word and give readers a taste of his world.

Please take a moment to browse his site and, if you like what you see, feel free to like, follow, comment, and tell your friends.  Even if you’re not a fantasy-fiction fan, this may to your liking, so give it a chance.

Thank you and happy scrapping!

my ScrapMuse is…happy

…happy, I got two projects done!

So as promised…the full reveal of the layout that I made starring (the only two I could find) my baby bump pictures, entitled “If You Must”

first, to refresh your memory, some close-up detail shots

And now…

“if you must”

I used a lot of different things, old and new, on of my favorites being the Tim Holtz Grungeboard (“i”, “y”, “m”) and the small square art paper I mounted on corrugated cardboard before adhering.

And, since I am also teaching scrapbooking/papercrafting classes (e-mail me if you’re interested), I made a nice little tag to help me promote said classes in-house.  I got inspired from another project I saw in a stamping magazine from the UK.

Again, I used old and new stuff, including 4 different stamp alphabets, an Amy Tangerine stamp for the pencil, and baker’s twine (I love that stuff :P)

Like what you see?  Leave a comment!  I’d love to hear from you, wherever you are!

Happy scrapping!
